1. General Information
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Genwolf platform available at https://genwolf.ai (the "Service").
The Service is operated by:
Oskar Więckowicz, conducting business as Oskar Więckowicz Software Development, a sole proprietor registered in Poland, address: aleja Marcina Kromera 61/3, 51-163 Wrocław, Poland, VAT / Tax ID: PL8992924472, contact email: contact@genwolf.ai (the "Provider", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- User - a natural person, a natural person conducting business activity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit using the Service.
- Account - an individual User account within the Service.
- Service - the Genwolf SaaS platform providing AI visibility and monitoring tools.
- Prompt - a single query configured by the User and executed within the Service.
- Plan - a pricing tier defining available features, limits, and usage scope.
3. Nature of the Service
- Genwolf is an analytical and informational tool designed to measure and monitor brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
- Results displayed in the Service are generated automatically, depend on third-party AI models and external variables, and may change over time and are not deterministic.
- The Service does not guarantee:
- ranking, positioning, citations, or business outcomes
- repeatability of AI responses
- equivalence to real-world end-user AI interactions
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
4. Technical Requirements
To use the Service, the User must have:
- Internet access
- a modern web browser
- a valid email address
5. Account Registration
- Access to the Service requires creating an Account.
- The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep login credentials confidential.
- The User is solely responsible for all activity on the Account.
6. Plans, Billing, and Payments
- The Service is offered under a free trial plan (if available) and/or paid subscription plans.
- Pricing, features, and usage limits are described on the Service website and/or during checkout.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for each period.
- Failure to process payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of the Account.
- Unless required by mandatory law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Taxes and Invoicing
- Taxes (including VAT, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes) may be calculated and charged at checkout depending on the User's billing location and tax status, as well as the Provider's applicable tax registrations.
- Where supported, the Service may allow Users to provide tax identification numbers (e.g., VAT ID). If a valid tax ID is provided, the tax treatment may change (for example, VAT may be applied or settled under a reverse charge mechanism where permitted by law).
- Prices may be displayed as tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive depending on how they are presented on the Service and/or during checkout. The final amount payable is always shown before the User confirms payment.
- Payment receipts and invoices may be issued electronically via the payment service provider used by the Service. Such documents are intended as billing confirmations and do not necessarily constitute tax invoices required under the laws of the User's jurisdiction.
- If the User requires a tax invoice (including a VAT invoice) for accounting purposes, the User may request it by contacting the Provider at contact@genwolf.ai and providing the necessary billing details. The Provider may issue such invoices where required by applicable law or where reasonably possible.
- The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information and for any tax obligations applicable to their purchase (including any use tax obligations), except to the extent the Provider is required by law to collect such taxes.
8. User Data and Content
- The User retains all rights to data submitted to the Service.
- By using the Service, the User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- The User represents that they have all necessary rights to process and submit the data used within the Service.
9. Prohibited Uses
The User must not:
- use the Service in violation of applicable law
- attempt to bypass usage limits or safeguards
- reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- use the Service in a way that violates third-party rights or AI providers' terms
10. Third-Party Services and AI Models
- The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers and infrastructure services.
- The Provider is not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by third parties, or the content generated by AI models beyond reasonable control.
- AI-generated content does not represent the Provider's views or guarantees.
11. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the User for the last billing period.
- The Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
12. Complaints and Support
- Complaints may be submitted via email to contact@genwolf.ai.
- A complaint should include:
- User identification
- description of the issue
- date of occurrence
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
13. Termination
- The User may terminate their subscription at any time.
- The Provider may suspend or terminate access if the User violates these Terms, uses the Service unlawfully, or causes risk or harm to the Service or third parties.
14. Changes to the Terms
- The Provider may amend these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons.
- Users will be notified of material changes in advance.
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered place of business.
